Our Operations Department might be the unsung heroes of the Rapidparts team. They're responsible for the tens of thousands of parts that we ship and receive daily. Through regular meetings and impromptu conversations, team members share ideas and implement continuous improvement projects. Not only does the team keep our inventory flow efficient, but they keep our warehouse, showroom-beautiful. Even when we're filling hundreds of orders and shipping cases of parts, the floor in our warehouse gleams. It's a thing of beauty, and just one example of our excellent team.
